About the role:

SEN TA: We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a focus on SEMH needs to support Key Stage 1 and 2 students. This full-time, long-term role offers £85-£100 per day and starts in January 2025.

Application Requirements for an SEN TA:
• Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

• Specialist knowledge in SEMH needs.

• Passion for supporting children’s emotional and academic development.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Commitment to inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities for an SEN TA:
• Provide one-on-one and group support for SEMH students.

• Work with teachers to implement personalised learning plans

.• Support students’ emotional and social development.• Assist with behaviour management

• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
