SEN TA

About the role:

SEN TA: We are seeking a dedicated SEN TA with experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours. You will assist in Key Stage 1 and 2 classrooms, providing 1:1 and small group support to promote positive learning outcomes.

Application Requirements:
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN or challenging behaviours.

• Patient, calm, and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

.• Passion for supporting children with additional needs.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Team Teach) desirable.
Key Responsibilities for an SEN TA:
• Support students with challenging behaviours in 1:1 or small groups

.• Collaborate with teachers to plan interventions

.• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and fostering engagement.

• Implement strategies to support academic and social development.

• Communicate with parents and teachers to track progress.
