Music Teacher

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Brent, London, starting January 2025. This full-time role involves delivering inspiring and engaging music lessons to students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, organising performances, and fostering a love for music in a joyful learning environment.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching music to KS1 and KS2 students.

• Ability to create a joyful and engaging learning environment.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A passion for fostering creativity and musical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging music lessons for KS1 and KS2

.• Introduce students to instruments, musical styles, and vocal techniques.

• Organise and lead school performances, workshops, and concerts

.• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with staff to integrate music into cross-curricular activities.
