Description

Urgently required this newly created Finance Business Partner is required to join the Finance Department with a focus on supporting a manufacturing division. The position involves delivering detailed financial analysis, reporting, and strategic business partnering to drive operational success.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Delivering timely and accurate management and financial information.
Preparing monthly management packs, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
Managing statutory account packs, including reconciliations, journals, and ledger closings.
Undertaking due diligence on new external accounts.
Generating cash flow insights, KPIs, and forecasting to support business objectives.
Conducting commercial analysis to inform critical decisions and improve controls.
Partnering with key stakeholders and attending operational meetings as a finance representative.
Overseeing external supplier invoices and supporting group insurance processes.
The ideal candidate will be:

A finalist / newly qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA )
Strong financial and management accounting expertise, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
The ability to provide commercial insights and challenge business decisions effectively
