A pioneering company, renowned for its commitment to a clean, carbon-neutral future, is seeking an Operations Technician to join their passionate team in Bicester Oxfordshire. The Shift Pattern for the role is 4 on 4 off days & nights. 

Salary £30,000 to £45,000 plus Benefits. 

What You Will Do:

Monitor the continuous operation of test and development equipment, ensuring safe and efficient functionality.
Implement and follow rigorous operations and maintenance procedures, upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Utilise your understanding of P&ID drawings and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Ensure seamless shift changes with clear and concise handovers, maintaining operational continuity.
Engage actively in continuous improvement processes, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Perform maintenance and repair tasks on process equipment.
What You Will Bring:

Proficiency in computer usage, especially in operating test rig software and standard desktop applications.
Experience operating high-temperature process equipment and interpreting engineering drawings.
A solid foundation in technical education, ideally apprentice-trained to ONC/HNC, NVQ, or C&G level 3 or Degree within Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor real-time data effectively.
Desirable: Experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.
