We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a unique new setting in Northwest London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding & proven track record in managing early years teams. Looking for an individual willing to be part of the Ofsted pre-registration visit & willing to grow with a new nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners.

* Curriculum Delivery: Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum.

* Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and families.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations.

* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff.

* Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Requirements:

* Level 3 or above qualification in childcare

* Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager in an early years setting

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to lead and motivate a team

The Role:

* Hours: 7:30am to 6pm - Monday to Friday - All Year Round

* Setting: A unique small setting with a capacity of 15 children. Children aged from 2 to 5 years

* Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
