The ideal Switchgear Specialist is technically proficient in control and switchgear products and excels in problem-solving and communication. They are a quick learner, team player, and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. A strong grasp of electrical principles and familiarity with control systems and distribution products will be essential for success in this role.

The Role:

Provided expert technical advice and support on a wide range of industrial control and switchgear products.
Responded to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
Collaborated with internal sales teams to compile precise quotations.
Diagnosed and resolved technical issues on-site and remotely.
Delivered product training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
Assisted in the development of technical documentation and resources to enhance customer understanding.The Person:

Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and theory.
Familiarity with control systems, switchgear, and distribution products.
Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
