Elderly Residential Home in Beaumont, Jersey

£19.56 per hour

40 hours per week

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Deputy Manager (Non-Nurse) to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Beaumont, Jersey.

Package for the Residential Deputy Manager (Non-Nurse) but not limited to:

Residential Deputy Manager (Non-Nurse) requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Residential Deputy Manager or Care Team Leader within a residential care service is essential

* To work closely with the Home Manager

* Excellent clinical knowledge and strong leadership skills

* Confident in leading a team of Healthcare Assistants

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Personal interest in working within elderly care
