Accrington

£35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Training + Progression + Flexible Hours + Van + Pension + Benefits

Are you a Maintenance Technician with experience in the operations and maintenance of reciprocating engines or related control systems? In this role, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of generator sets and associated equipment. Additionally, the technician ensures safe working practices are followed and supports the upkeep of the landfill gas collection system.

The ideal Maintenance Technician is experienced in operations and maintenance of reciprocating engines, safety-focused, and skilled in both preventative and breakdown maintenance. They are self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

The Role:

Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of generator sets and associated equipment.
Maintain the landfill gas collection system and associated equipment.
Monday to Friday 8 -5 Flexible
Working out of two sites predominately out the Accrington site and occasionally working in the Fleetwood site up to a weekThe Person:

Maintenance Engineer or similar
Experience working on diesel engines.
Full drivers licence
