Are you based in the Cramlington area?

Do you have leadership experience gained a Builder's Merchant or Material Supply business?

Do you have management experience leading teams of up to 7?

Jewson Partnership Solutions a leading building materials distributor working with Public Sector clients in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager, who's as passionate about great leadership as we are.

Hours - 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Jewson Partnership Solutions, Unit 3N, Admiral Business Park, Cramlington, NE23 1WG

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations
Build effective relationships with suppliers
Get to know the local clients to support plans for growth
Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

· Relevant market and product knowledge
· Experience of people management including coaching and mentoring
· Good financial and commercial awareness
· IT literate
· Ability to create and maintain successful customer relationships
· Resilient and confident to manage conflict
· Driving licence

Desirable
· GCSEs (Or equivalent) - Maths & English
· Post-GCSE qualification
· PBM qualification or suitable experience
