Business Development Manager - France
Location: France
Position Type: Full-Time / Perm.
Our client, a leading provider of modular building solutions specializing in Blast Resistant Buildings and Technical Buildings for both sale and rent, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team in France.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of modular technical and blast building solutions sales while assisting with the expansion of their rental fleet.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Business Growth:
* Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities for all product lines.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
* Sales & Client Engagement:
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored modular building solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of the company’s offerings.
* Market Intelligence:
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
* Brand Representation:
* Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
* Collaboration & Execution:
* Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Quality and Safety Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and controls to guarantee safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications:
* Proven success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
* Knowledge of modular building solutions, rental fleet management, or related industries.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients at all organizational levels.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
