About the role:

HLTA: We’re looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Finchley. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, leading small groups, and delivering lessons when required.

Application Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• Experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead small groups and support whole-class learning.

• Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher

.• Provide tailored support to help students achieve their potential

.• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support pupil progress
