About the role:

SEN TA: We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with ASD, ADHD, and behavioural issues in a primary school in Hounslow. The role starts January 2025 and offers the opportunity to work 1:1 with students, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop essential social and emotional skills.

Application Requirements:
• Experience with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges

.• Relevant qualification (e.g., SEN TA qualification or Level 2/3 in Education).

• A patient, flexible, and supportive approach

.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Clear DBS check.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN.

• Assist with behaviour management strategies

.• Support students’ social and emotional development.

• Collaborate with the class teacher to create tailored learning plans

.• Ensure full inclusion of students in school life.
