Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in March who are looking for Machine Operators to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our client is one of the UK's largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country's largest retailers and processors from 2 production facilities.

About The Role:

This role includes safely running the weighing and bagging machines on the packing line, ensuring customer orders are met to specification and communicating with all departments

DAY SHIFT- 4ON4OFF, 6:00-18:00 OR

NIGHT SHIFT - Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 02:30

Pay rate - £12.96 per hour on days

Pay rate -up to £14.55 per hour on nights

This is a PERMANENT position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-To ensure all production targets are met, be able to operate machinery and equipment whilst ensuring compliance with all specifications, policies and procedures.

-Lead the training and development of new team members.

-Full ownership of your line including problem and resolution and improvement ideas

-Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures

-Ensure all records are maintained in a legible and timely manner

-Maintain a 'clean as you go' policy for your line

About you:

Attention to detail

Good team player

Flexible

Ability to use own initiative and be self-motivated

Experience in a similar manufacturing role would be beneficial
