Senior Nursery Room Manager

Are you an experienced Nursery Room Manager looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant, large-scale nursery? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Nursery Room Manager to lead and inspire our nursery's team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our setting.

Position: Senior Nursery Room Manager
Location: Hove
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £27,050 per annum
Start Date: As soon as possible

This large-scale nursery in Hove offers a spacious, modern, and child-led environment, where they are committed to providing exceptional care and early years education. They pride themselves on creating a nurturing and inspiring atmosphere for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a dedicated team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and learning are consistently met.
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in your room.
Support the professional development of staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
Work closely with parents and carers, fostering positive relationships and regular communication about children's progress.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Key Requirements:

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a senior nursery role with strong leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
Ability to lead a team, motivate others, and maintain high standards of care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
