Position: Mechanical Clerk of Works

Rate: £(Apply online only) per day

Region: Hertfordshire

My client is seeking a Freelance Clerk of Works ideally with an M&E background covering mechanical works across Hertfordshire. Responsible for numerous projects, the role will initially be 1-2 days per week across commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use building schemes from £1m - £25m in value.
