Nursery Assistant (Level 2 or 3 Qualified)🌟
Location: Hove
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000-£26,000 (Based on Experience and Qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and caring Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant nursery in Hove. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where young children can flourish and grow.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Provide high-quality care and ensure children feel happy and secure
Encourage learning and creativity through fun, age-appropriate activities
Collaborate with your team to deliver engaging educational experiences
Prioritise safety and well-being for every child under your care
Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods
Monitor and celebrate children's progress, keeping accurate recordsWhat We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
A passion for early childhood education and helping children thrive
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
