This role is a manual role for a well known and established business in the Hitchen area. The business is doing extremely well an growing fast- it is an exciting time for them.

The role requires working night shifts and a high level of responsibility and reliability.

Client Details

The client is a well known business based in Hitchen, it is a manufacturing business seeking an operator to work nights in its factory.

Description

The role is predominantly manual but does require some numerical documentation work meaning a keen eye for detail is also needed.

The role is manually ensuring that the production of the materials produced by the business is done accurately, adhering to health and safety and in a timely manner.

It requires-

Working heavy machinery
Assisting in the production of the materials/ product
Recording and documenting work, changes, movement and measurements in the correct way
Adhering to health and safety standards and regulations
Problem solving along the wayProfile

Must be reliable- this is absolutely key and a proven track record of this is a must!
Be able to work unsociable hours- this role requires overnight shifts
Must be responsible- during night shifts, you are one of two people on-site operating heavy machinery - this must be taken seriously.
Have a keen eye for detail and regulations - everything must be meticulously recorded to the highest standard
Have basic literacy and numerical skills
Be proactive and enthusiastic
