Property and Retail Account Executive
Location: West London
Pay Rate: £150-£180 per day (PAYE)
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Property and Retail Account Executive to support retail and property operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work with stakeholders to enhance performance, ensure compliance, and champion sustainability, directly contributing to tenant relationships and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Retail/Property Business Partners to drive sales and compliance.
Ensure fire safety, health & safety, and contractual compliance.
Optimise back-of-house logistics and manage tenant operations.
Assist in onboarding new business partners and conduct fire risk assessments (training provided).What We're Looking For:

Experience in fire safety, health & safety, facilities management, or property operations.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
