About the Role: Project Superintendent

As a Project Superintendent, you will lead teams and manage medium to large projects, ensuring profitability and high-quality execution. Your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You’ll coordinate with various teams, manage project plans, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive work plans and oversee execution to maintain schedules and budgets.

* Team Leadership: Direct and mentor teams, ensuring a productive, collaborative work environment.

* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships through professional interactions.

* Safety Leadership: Foster a culture of safety and uphold all safety protocols.

* Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

* Proven Foreman and Line & Grade experience.

* Extensive knowledge of formwork systems.

* Relevant craft certifications (preferred).
