Primary Teacher – Supporting Pupils with Challenging Behaviour

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and resilient Primary Teacher to work with primary-aged pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to inspire and support children in reaching their potential within a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils.
Build positive relationships with students to support their emotional and social development.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure pupils' progress and well-being.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to individual education plans.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential – candidates with a passion for working with children and an understanding of challenging behaviour are encouraged to apply.
Strong classroom management skills or a willingness to learn.
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
