My client is a tier one developer in search of a Technical Coordinator to join their team on their multi phased residential development located in North London. 

The development consists of 764 units and is being built over multiple phases.

The role will involve operating as a Technical Coordinator, reporting into a Senior Technical Manager, tasked with, checking and processing architectural and engineering drawings, and issuing drawings for construction as well as working with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and other departments to share information and ensure requirements are resolved.

My client has a preference for candidates applying to have experience working as a technical architect or an architectural technology degree, as well as industry related experience.
