THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, your primary role will be to support students who display challenging behaviours or have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with teaching staff, the pastoral team, and parents to implement behaviour plans, provide targeted interventions, and promote positive behaviours both in and out of the classroom. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to act as a positive role model for students.
