Job Title: Nursery Lead - Level 6
Location: West Finchley, London
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: January 2025

SANZA Teaching Agency is thrilled to partner with a highly regarded nursery in West Finchley to recruit an experienced and qualified Nursery Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 6 professional who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to lead a vibrant nursery setting.

Job Description:

As the Nursery Lead, you will be responsible for:

Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Leading and mentoring a team of nursery staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
Monitoring and assessing children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers to promote collaborative support for children.
Ensuring compliance with nursery policies, safeguarding protocols, and EYFS standards.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire a team.
