Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC 5 Axis Programmer to join our team. As a CNC 5 Axis Programmer, you will be responsible for programming offline using Hypermill for CNC 5 axis machines to produce high-quality components and products.

Responsibilities

* Program offline using Hypermill software for CNC 5 axis machines

* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to develop efficient machining processes

* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize CNC programs

* Validate CNC programs through simulation and test runs

* Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to ensure smooth production processes

* Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a CNC programmer, specifically with 5 axis machines

* Proficiency in Hypermill software for offline programming

* Strong understanding of technical drawings and GD&T

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Knowledge of machine tooling and cutting parameters

Day-to-day

* Collaborate with engineers and production teams to review and optimize machining processes

* Develop and refine CNC programs using Hypermill software

* Perform simulations and test runs to validate CNC programs

* Troubleshoot and debug programs to ensure production efficiency

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
