Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Maldon, Essex
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term (with the potential to go permanent)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive team at a small community school near Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early years education to contribute to the development of our young learners. The role will start as soon as possible, with the potential for a handover period before Christmas if available.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in providing high-quality learning experiences for children in the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
Support children with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Help create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
Support children with a variety of learning needs and abilities.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.Experience and Qualifications:

Experience working in an EYFS setting is preferred but not essential.
A passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible and proactive approach to working in a team.
Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.Benefits:
