Commercial Coordinator

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week (core hours 8.30am - 5pm, flexible)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: 3 months fixed term contract

Duties:

Coordinating all commercial activities/ requests of the business,
Liaison with external customers, suppliers and subcontractors, as well as internal delivery teams,
Prepare pricing and quotations, ensuring the customer is aware of any changes,
Maintaining supplier and subcontractor relationships, supporting the Purchasing Team in contract negotiations and raising of purchase orders,
Creation of pricing modules, supporting complex projects

Experience:

Must have previous experience within a supply chain role, including both national and international liaison.
Must have a good level of computer literacy including Excel and the use of MRP/ERP/ procurement systems.
Must have strong commercial awareness, communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: £25 - 27,000 per annum, pro rata
