Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

About the Role
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with teachers, you’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons, lead small group interventions, and provide one-to-one support where needed. You’ll also help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures each student’s academic, social, and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dynamic, proactive individuals with:

* HLTA status or equivalent qualification.

* A strong understanding of the primary/secondary curriculum (as relevant).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.

Experience in a classroom environment is essential, and we welcome candidates who bring creativity, dedication, and a genuine love for education.
