This employed, Mortgage & Protection Adviser job in Bromsgrove is ideal for an experienced Adviser keen to join a widely respected IFA firm

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will be assisting their new and existing clients by providing advice to them on their mortgage and protection needs. In addition, you should guide clients through the process and liaise with solicitors and estate agents to ensure cases reach completion.

Our client’s core service is financial planning; therefore majority of the clients will be passed to you by their team of Financial Advisers, meaning the client already has a relationship with the company and likely be able to benefit from existing details on file.

Alongside clients provided to you, you should be proactive in generating new clients through referrals, professional introducers, converting company leads and personal connections. The business is active in producing marketing materials, therefore you should utilise these on social media and when networking with introducers.

Mortgage & Protection Adviser Requirements

* You must hold full CeMAP or equivalent

* You should also hold R05 or be happy to obtain this

* You must have experience as a Mortgage Adviser with CAS status

* You should have a positive approach towards technology and be confident talking to clients via video conferencing

* You should be proactive in spotting new business opportunities

Mortgage & Protection Adviser Benefits

* Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 subject to experience and qualifications

* Plus discretionary annual bonus, following completion of a year’s service

* Office based role with some travel to client visits if essential or the client wishes

* Flexible working with good holiday allowance and option to buy and sell holiday

* Contributory pension scheme and death-in-service benefit
