CNC Setter/ Operator (Programming Training)

£27,000 - £33,500 + Further Training + Premium Overtime + Excellent Work-Life Balance + Days Based + Early Friday Finish + Pension Scheme + Monday-Friday Work

Workshop Based: Commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Gloucester, Stroud, Witney, Cheltenham and Surrounding Areas

Are you a CNC Operator/ Setter looking to technically progress your career through Milling and Programming training within a company who are well known for investing in their engineers whilst also ensuring they maintain an excellent work-life balance within this days-based role all with an early Friday Finish?

On offer is an exciting opportunity where you will be given training into programming and milling, working as part of a close-knit team in a days-based role with premium overtime opportunities to further bolster your earnings.

This close-knit specialist company have been established for over 5 decades and are rapidly growing within their industry who are known for heavily investing in and upskilling their staff, due to their continuous growth and upcoming work they are now looking to take on an additional engineer.

On offer is a days-based Monday-Friday CNC role with training into Milling and Programming where you will be responsible for learning how to set and operate the company's machinery all, further progressing your career.

This role would suit a CNC Setter/ Operator looking to be invested in through further internal training all whilst maintaining a great work-life balance with premium overtime opportunities available.
