A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Wymondham area, working as a Lettings Negotiator, within our client's well-established and successful office.

The position will involve working in a small team and offers a varied working week.

Ideally, our client would be looking for someone with previous Lettings Negotiator experience but would be open to someone who is new to the industry. 

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basic salary £26,000

Potential of Car allowance (subject to experience)

Ongoing training

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

Strong customer service skills

Basic understanding of the rental process

Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually 

UK driving licence

As a Lettings Negotiator,  your role will involve:

Dealing with Property Maintenance issues

Lettings Negotiating

Reletting properties
