Title: HR Generalist
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 p/a
Location: Longford (Ireland)
Contract: Permanent
  
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add an HR Generalist to its team.
  
Responsibilities include:

Support the People Management Process
Ensure data accuracy and manage the HR Information System
Work closely with the HR Manager in performance management
Draft and post job adverts, screen CVs, & conduct initial interviews
Report HR-related employee queries to the HR Manager
Process administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection
Keep job descriptions/job specifications updated
Monitor short-term and long-term absences
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Lead and design the wellbeing calendar & support in organising events
Support the HR Manager as and when requested   
Skills & experience required:

HR Degree or CIPD qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
IT Proficient and a “can-do” attitude.
Responsive, proactive, & solution-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
