£47,000 - £53,000 + Bonus (10%) + Training + Progression + Hybrid Working Options + Excellent Company Benefits

Glasgow - Commutable from Hamilton, Coatbridge, East Kilbride, Paisley, and Cumbernauld

Are you a Project Manager from an Engineering / Electronics / Automotive background, looking to join a global market leader in an fully autonomous role, which also offers progression opportunities?

On offer is a highly varied role, where you will lead project teams and manage the process from start to finish, with long term career prospects. This role also provides the opportunity to impact your earning potential through a bonus system.

This company have a worldwide presence and provide solutions to a wide variety of industry applications. Due to their ongoing success, they have grown year on year and are known for investing in their staff.

The ideal candidate will come from a Power Electronics, Automotive or similar background, with previous project management experience. Product management experience would also be a benefit.

This role will suit someone looking for a technically challenging and varied role within a global business, offering fantastic training and a long-term career path.

The Role:

Managing projects within the power electronics industry
Working closely with the customer, factory and R&D teams, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed timescale
Responsible for costs, schedules, and meeting specifications
Monitoring project status, identifying quality issues, and continuous improvement
Monday to Friday, office-based role with hybrid working options
The Person:

Project Manager
Engineering background / qualification
Ideally experience within power electronics / EV charging / industrial vehicles / batteries / similar
Good communicator
