1:1 Teaching Assistant – Southwark - £85-£100 a day – Full Time -Primary school -Start ASAP – Ages 3 to 11

* 1:1 Teaching Assistant required in Southwark

* 1:1 Teaching Assistant required to work full time

* 1:1 Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP

* Must have experience in a school setting working with children with Special educational needs

THE ROLE- 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Being a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, will require you provide ono-to-one support to a student with specific learning needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their educational goals. You will support the student in developing effective learning strategies and adapt a positive and encouraging learning environment that’s promotes the student’s confidence. Relevant qualifications in education, childcare or special educational needs is highly desirable.

THE SCHOOL-1:1 Teaching Assistant

The primary school consists of 308 pupils, where the staff work to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment. The school has a strong Christian ethos but also celebrates the many cultures and backgrounds from which the children, families and staff have come. You can travel to the school by public transport, as there are a few bus routes and a couple stations nearby. In May 2021, they were rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
