Description

We are looking for a Storesperson to join an engineering company in Waterlooville. This role would see you utilising your skills on a forklift to move parts to and from the warehouse and around the site, as well as use your stores knowledge to organise, streamline and develop stores procedures.

The Role

This job would see you splitting you time between stores duties and forklift duties, assisting with tasks such as organising material, counting stock, logging data onto the system and communicating with the other members of the team, as well as helping move both raw and finished material around the site using forklifts and pallet trucks. Forklift experience and licence is therefore essential, as is a full driving licence.

The Company

This engineering company makes cabinets and casings for the telecomms industry, and has multiple national contracts, including with the MOD. With work backed up and a solid engineering team going all-out, this role has plenty of opportunity for you to show your skills, really make a difference, and become a valued member of a tight-knit team.

The Details

This role is a long-term, on-going role with genuine long-term potential and career progression. Working on the Day shifts (08:00 to 16:30) this role also has overtime available. If this role seems of interest, and you do have strong experience with forklifts, click apply and I will get in touch.
