IT Infrastructure Engineer
Morpeth/Onsite
£30,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain IT systems infrastructure at the Morpeth site.
Function as the level 3 escalation point for technical issues.
Monitor service metrics and adjust processes for optimal performance.
Support IT operations with technical assessments and design of infrastructure solutions.
Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with corporate IT and vendors for complex technical solutions. Requirements

Significant experience in an IT infrastructure role.
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are desirable.
Strong proficiency in Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and VMWare.
Familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco switches), SQL, and Veeam backup solutions.
Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities. Company Benefits
