Body Shop Group Leader - Mechanical & Robots

Our automotive Client based in Saudi Arabia is searching for an experienced Body Shop Group Leader – Mechanical & Robots. This is a full-time position which requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia.  Our client will support an overall benefits package which will allow significant relocation and living costs on top of a very competitive salary with favourable tax incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure safety and 5'S at workplace. (Mechanical, Robots, Fixtures)                                           
Support allocation of work to team leaders, technicians and continuous assessment of effectiveness.                                                                      
Attend, lead and guide breakdown, take necessary decisions to rectify the breakdown.    
Perform Spare parts management in technology and ensure spares are always available                                                                                                                                                  
Promote team culture, problem solving techniques and guide the team to reach the desired results.                                                                                                                                                          
Promote and guide analysis for every breakdown, corrective and permanent action for any downtime.                                                                                                                                                     
Promote Corrective action for every breakdown and review updates in ERP, MES or IOT Platform as history of machine.                                                                                                                             
Preparation of monthly report for breakdown and KPI like MTTR, MTBF, UP Time.                               
Use of problem-solving techniques for analysis of top breakdown reflecting on KPI             
Review & guide improvement measures to improve MTTR, MTBF, Technical Availability and reduce Bottlenecks.                                                                                                                                               
Prepare, guide and monitor PM plan, PM Check sheet and PM Schedule & ensure activities are being done accordingly.                                                                                                                       
Lead, guide in Installation, commissioning, trouble shooting and maintenance of various equipment’s in Bodyshop.                                                                                                                         
Monitor, train and make regular follow-ups in repairing activity for faulty equipment spare parts.                                                                                                                                                
Identification of Training needs and implementation of training plans for team members 
Promote moral of team, work with company values, communication and safe working condition.                                                                                                                                                
Foster continuous improvement process and Lean Culture, coordinate the participation and involvement of each team leader                                                                                                            
Requirements

Trouble shooting and maintenance mechanical equipment’s.                                                       
Knowledge of mechanical equipment’s like Robots, Fixtures, Conveyors and Machines.    
Knowledge of various mechanical principles in Technology.                                           
Good awareness about various maintenance techniques and philosophies such as TPM, RCM, CBM etc."                                                             
Good analytical ability. (QC Tools, Problem Solving techniques)   
Knowledge of working with mechatronics equipment’s.                                                                 
Experience in leadership, motivation & delegation.                                                           
Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001                                                                                
Basics of Energy - energy monitoring, energy conservation activities,                        
QMS, EMS Policy and OCP's Awareness                                                                                 
Legal Requirements- EMS                                                                                             
Significant Energy consumption and Significant environmental impacts                    
Emergency Preparedness Plan & Safety Management                                                                                                                                                      
Education:

BE in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum Experience:

5 – 10 years’ relevant experience in automotive domain
