Electrical Fitter / Glasgow / Full time

We’re looking for an electrical fitter or panel wireman to join our experienced team at a busy manufacturing workshop based in Clydebank.

What the day to day could look like:

Carrying out Panel Wiring safely

Performing Common Control Wiring

PLC Wiring

Fitting Copper Busbar

Wiring and fitting of Switchgear, Switchboards and Distributions boards

Wiring and fitting of MCC’s

Occasional site work may be required (UK based)

Are you who we’re looking for?

You have proven experience in a similar role

You are proficient in reading drawings to wire panels correctly

You have an NC or HNC in electrical engineering or a 17th edition with plenty of experience

You have prior experience of panel wiring

Ideally, you have experience dealing with Switchgear/switchboards

It would be beneficial if you have testing experience of Electrical Switchgear panels and MCC’s
