Raven Medical are recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to work with a Nursery in Isleworth, Middlesex. This is permanent post, working full time.

Responsibilities:

* Caring for children: Ensuring children receive high-quality care that supports their personal development

* Creating a stimulating environment: Providing a learning environment that promotes independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion

* Supervising staff: Mentoring and training staff members, and assigning tasks and schedules

* Building relationships: Establishing positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff

* Complying with regulations: Ensuring the nursery complies with all regulatory requirements

* Assessing children's progress: Monitoring, recording, and assessing children's progress

* Maintaining records: Keeping records such as attendance registers, accident records, and safety checks

* Identifying risks: Identifying potential risks to children and developing ways to minimize them

* Establishing procedures: Establishing emergency and security procedures

* Encouraging cleaning practices: Encouraging practices such as handwashing and hand sanitizing

* Contributing to curriculum plans: Contributing to curriculum plans that meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage

Essential: Level 3 Childcare or equivalent

Salary: £30k

Location: Isleworth, Middlesex
