Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Dublin

Salary: £45k+

Contract: Full-time/Permanent

Job Duties

Design and Planning

:

Create detailed designs for infrastructure projects using software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.

Perform feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.

Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects effectively.

Project Management

:

Oversee construction activities to ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients during project development.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Site Supervision

:

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure safety and structural integrity.

Address on-site issues, such as unexpected construction challenges.

Technical Analysis

:

Perform engineering calculations for structural design and stress testing.

Assess environmental impact and sustainability factors.

Documentation and Reporting

:

Prepare reports, proposals, and technical documentation.

Maintain accurate records of projects, including costs and schedules.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent

A minimum of 3 years of engineering experinece

Experinece in reading and explaining drawings and plans

Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office
