Description

An innovative medical device company specializing in patient-specific solutions, including anatomical models, surgical guides, and custom implants, designed to improve surgical outcomes in leading hospitals across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process patient scan data using segmentation software and 3D CAD to design custom medical devices.

* Collaborate with surgeons to develop patient-specific surgical tools and anatomical models.

* Operate and maintain 3D printers, ensuring high-quality medical device outputs.

* Manage design, manufacturing, and quality processes under ISO 13485 standards.

* Collaborate with surgeons to design custom medical devices and provide in-surgery assistance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

* Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.

* Proficiency in FDM, SLA, and PolyJet 3D printing technologies.

* Experience with segmentation software like Mimics or Simpleware.

* Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures, particularly in orthopedics.

* Prior experience designing patient-specific surgical guides using CAD software
