Overview
Are you a passionate communications professional eager to make a significant impact? We are actively seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder and Communications Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative around a major new rail development.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role offering a unique opportunity to influence communications strategies for a transformative project.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan, encompassing traditional, social, and digital media.
*
Manage stakeholder relationships, organizing visits and crafting compelling narratives.
*
Create engaging content showcasing the project's impact and benefits.
*
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
*
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
*
Adhere to all company governance guidelines.
Qualifications:
*
Experience in stakeholder management and communications.
*
Proven success in diverse communications disciplines (traditional, social, digital, internal communications).
*
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
*
Experience managing suppliers and strong influencing skills are essential.
*
A growth mindset and adaptability to a matrix organizational structure are a must.
