The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding exceptional talent for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief to candidate placement.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

* Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract talent.

* Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

* Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

* Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.

* A proactive and adaptable approach with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
