Parts Advisor Required in Medway, Kent
* Company Type: Main Dealership
* Salary Details: £28.5k Basic Salary + Bonus
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
* NO WEEKENDS

The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workshop and retail customers receive the correct parts promptly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories.
* Process parts orders for both the workshop and retail customers.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management.
* Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
* Handle returns and warranty claims professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous.
* Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset.
