Your New Company:

Your New Role:

As a Support Worker, you will assist the Manager in delivering quality care to service users both in the home and outside. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.
Supporting service users with mobility and continence issues.
Caring for ill service users and supporting their physical and social activities.
Ensuring living areas are safe, comfortable, clean, and free from odour.
Encouraging and assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
Maintaining accurate records and participating in service users' meetings.
Reporting any changes affecting the well-being of service users to the Manager.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Knowledge of the home's policies and procedures.
Commitment to health and safety responsibilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of records.
Participation in training activities and keeping statutory training up to date.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
