The perfect opportunity to build a new branch

We are a time served, leading independent electrical wholesaler across the midlands, looking to recruit a Branch Manager to help meet and exceed our ambitious growth plans.

The Branch Manager’s role includes managing and motivating a team, increasing sales and
profitability, building strong customer and supplier relationships.

Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry and customer base is essential.

We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude and the energy to get things done.

Someone who’s keen to make something of their career and enjoys going above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, motivate and manage a team
Staff training and appraisals
Full sales and P&L responsibility
Increase the number of trading customers
Ability to form and develop relationships with customers and suppliers
Manager customer credit limits and overdue payments
Strong work ethic and initiative
Leadership
Proven Sales Record
Have a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
