Description

Our client, a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and hire of Modular building units, is looking for a Plumber to join their Inverurie Factory workshop, starting 6 Jan 2025, for a 4-6 month contract – this could extended to further contracts.
The Role:
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining plumbing systems within the newly manufactured sleeper cabins.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures, in sleeper cabins.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute accurate installations.
* Collaborate with members of a multiskilled workforce including electricians, Joiners HVAC specialists, store operatives, and other team members to integrate plumbing with other systems.
* Conduct tests to ensure proper functionality and identify any leaks or issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally in modular construction, manufacturing, or residential/commercial plumbing.
* Relevant plumbing certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Details:
* Competitive hourly rates + Overtime - £17 – £26ph DOE
* PAYE, Umbrella, or CIS payment method available
* Based in Inverurie – 0800 – 1630 – any overtime 1.5X pay
