Description

An established leader in healthcare digital transformation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with substantial NHS sales experience, eager to sell cutting-edge enterprise solutions to C-level executives in ICBs and ICSs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full sales cycle management—from prospecting to closing deals.
* Researching market trends to identify and resolve business challenges.
* Holding strategic conversations at C and D level.
* Both account expansion and new business sales.
* Presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
* Communicating the value of innovative digital transformation solutions.
Ideal Candidate
* You are ambitious, results-oriented, and have substantial NHS sales experience.
* You have built relationships, and closed complex 50k+ deals in the sector, and fully understand the institution’s nuances.
* You live within a reasonable commute to the company’s Woking office and can commute in 3-4 days a week.
Perks
* £50-65,000 per annum based on experience (i.e. higher band if substantila NHS experience and similar software sold)
* Double your basic in OTE
